WORK PLACE STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM AT INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED (IOCL) BY SRI HEALTHCARE-RESEARCH INTERNATIONAL (SHRI)

Sri Healthcare-Research International (SHRI) organized a Workplace Stress Management Training Program at Indian Oil Corporation Limited for officers -regarding workplace stress, and its management.

The training was organized for the Branch of IOCL at Haldia on30th December, 2019.  The officers were made aware of the Work place Stress and impact of long-term stress not only on the overall health and functioning of individuals but also bringing negative energy pollution in the team environment and hampering the productivity of the organization. Physiological mechanisms of stress was demonstrated. Various Psychological and holistic techniques were demonstrated by which Stress can be handled very easily along with cultivating Resilience.The session also included specific stressors in the workplace and how individuals can manage externally and cope internally, they experience in their workplace and also can help, support, manage and guide the stress of others in their teams or departments through various skills.

The training was in alignment with our Projects of Anti depression Movement:

  • Prevention of Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Self- harm, Suicides
  • Catering Psychology for everyone.
  • Peace, Holistic Health and Well-being.
  • Preservation of human potential for sustainable humanity.

 

We were enthused and pleased to see the response and participation by all the participants. It was an interactive and joyous workshop for us and the attendees.
